Best Day Ever is a Devon wedding and events company built around one simple idea: on your day, you shouldn't be the one holding the clipboard.
Most of our couples come to us for wedding coordination alongside part planning — you've got the vision and you've booked the bits you love, and we pull it all together, fill the gaps and run the whole thing so it feels effortless. Whether it's a relaxed marquee wedding, a barn celebration or a full festival-style weekend with bell tents, we've been there, done it and know where the spare fuses are

On-the-day coordination is exactly that — we take over on the day itself. Wedding coordination brings us on board in the lead-up, so we can get to know your plans, liaise with suppliers and build the running order before running the day. Most couples find full coordination much less stressful.
Absolutely — that's exactly what part planning is for. We work with what you've already booked, recommend trusted suppliers for anything that's missing and pull it all together.

Yes. Our staffing team — bar, waiting, breakfast, childcare and next-day clear-downs — can be booked independently or alongside our coordination and styling services.
They're our favourite! Marquees, barns, tipis, bell tent weekends and dry-hire venues all need a bit more organising, which is where we really come into our own.
As early as you can, especially for summer weekends, which book up quickly. That said, it's always worth asking — if we've got your date free, we'd love to help.
